The DOMINION EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION provides opportunites that are specifically designed to teach people a better way to live in today's society. It is imperative that the community take responsibility fo equipping individuals with the necessary tools to achieve their fullest potential. This is our mission. DEF will reflect on the whole individual by providing counseling services, workforce preparation, youth and family enrichment, self-help initiatives, and financial wellness.
